Michael uses his years of experience with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Breakthrough Series to promote peer learning among healthcare providers and consumers of health services. Bringing together diverse stakeholders for training, discussion, and sharing progress, Michael has helped clients achieve improvement goals for HIV programs at the clinic, local, state, and national levels.
